At Haspel, we take pride in our heritage of quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
